Exchange or Refund
- The exchange policy applies to gold and silver jewelry purchased directly from Mohammad Jewellers.
- The jewelry must be with original purchasing receipt.
- Zero deduction exchanges are accepted within Six Months from the date of purchase.
- Limited edition or customized jewelry may have specific exchange restrictions i.e. Exchange or Return with 16% deduction on its net weight.
Delivery
Tracking your delivery is easy! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or text message containing a unique tracking link.
We understand the importance of timely deliveries. If your order is experiencing a delay, we recommend checking the tracking information first for any updates.
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the order once the order is confirmed to ensure the security and accuracy of your shipment.
Shipping & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 07 days of receiving it.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. The processing time may vary, but we strive to complete the process within 5~6 business days.
